For leading the financial planning process and will assist in developing actions to ensure Factory meets annual operating plans
Position Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
- Qualified Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant with 9 years of experience out of which 5 years at manufacturing set up leading a team.
- Good Team member and prefer to work in a challenging situations
ADDITIONAL POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
- Internal interaction with various functional heads of Factory operations
- External interaction with Statutory Auditor, SOX Auditors, Internal Auditors and other Government Authorities is required.
- Good oral and written communication skills
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
- Extensive cross functional business partnering with operational management
- Review, Analysis & Control of overall factory Finance & Accounting activities
- Developing financial forecasts: monthly, quarterly, annually
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes
- Month end management and metric reporting
- Balance Sheet account reconciliations
- SOX and other statutory compliance and remediation
- Ensures Internal controls development, implementation, and execution/compliance
- Audit work paper preparation
- Project status reporting and work with management to ensure projects and contracts are properly reviewed
- Annual budgeting/operational planning
- Capital Projects planning, analysis, and process management
